This keepsake box is soft to the touch and covered in leather. An elaborately detailed gold dragon and phoenix design has colorful accents and adorns the top (representative of husband and wife.) Chinese characters line the interior. (We are told these are the pages of old books or dictionaries.) You can even get a chinese lock to insert in the hasp. An intriguing addition to any home with Asian decor.
