This large pillow box is covered in brilliant red dyed leather. Elaborately detailed gold phoenix and dragon design adorns the top (representative of wife and husband.) Chinese characters line the interior. (We are told these are the pages of old books or dictionaries.) You can even get a chinese lock to insert in the hasp. This would make a great wedding gift!
